Inside Design is an initiative that gives students a closer look at how design is practiced in real organizations.
The concept centers on small workshop sessions where students spend time with experienced design professionals from different domains. Each design professional is matched with 5-8 students.
Through open discussions and practical walkthroughs, participants see how design professionals approach problems, make decisions, use tools, and collaborate with teams in their day-to-day work.
The aim is to help connect design education and professional practice by making the realities of the field more visible and tangible.

Three founding designers from Zero, Userlens, and Realm will guide small groups through their experience.
