The fourth Inside Design workshop took place with Oura and brought students together with four product designers from the company: Ademar Rodrigues, Sade Heino, Toni Järvinen, and Maya Pillai. Through small-group sessions, participants were able to spend time with the designers and gain a closer sense of how design work unfolds in practice.
The evening began with a short intro to Oura, then centered on open conversation around day-to-day work, collaboration, and the ways designers think through their responsibilities inside organizations. The format created room for a more personal exchange, helping students connect with the realities of the profession in a direct and tangible way. A lot of the focus this time was on hiring and job hunting.
The session continued the core idea behind Inside Design: creating space for honest dialogue between students and professionals, and making the practice of design more visible through shared experience.
